You are not only the best, but the smartest as well!" -Karina, a model from Clearwater Beach, Florida Friday, January 27, 2006 - Studio Overhauled The Geomedia 3 production facility south of Brandon has been overhauled and upgraded with new computers and equipment. Older systems have been taken offline; they will be refurbished and designated as additional backups. The entire studio has been cleaned. Storm damage has been repaired, security systems enhanced, and temporary measures in place since the Hurricanes of 2004 have been replaced with permanent solutions. Our client services telephone system has been rebuilt, and the database has been reformatted. New tools are in place, and our responses, consultation set ups, booking systems, and client communications are now dramatically improved. Check lists, rate sheets, and phone aids will be installed this weekend for our client services area. Our advanced marketing, sales, and work tools have all been primed for record-breaking workloads (which, of course, are set to begin in February). An actress will be in the studio next week to record a new phone system interface. A new hold system and hands-free head sets for our representatives are coming in the next few weeks.
