Client Testimonial
"I really love and respect your work. It would be both an honor and will help my career to get involved with the projects that your company is doing. Other models and model agencies tell me that your company is the one to watch in the industry, and they highly recommend your projects."

Model Print Jobs For Aurora PhotoArts Commercial Photography Bookings- Information

These jobs book into our commercial photography work that we do for clients, magazines, and advertising agencies. We refer models into these jobs free of charge. More often than not, we are not the ones that book the model into the job. We are either bidding for a commercial photography job or have been booked to do one, and we will forward model composite cards and resumes to the art director. The art director, who is our client, will then select the model and book their selected model or models into the job just like they booked us to photograph the job. There are times, too, where we will either be doing extra duty as an art director for the commercial photography job or will be working with the art director in putting together the job. In those cases, WE would be in charge of booking the models and WE would select the model to be booked. We refer models into our commercial photography jobs as a professional courtesy to both our commercial clients and professional models. Often, if we are bidding for a job, the ability to refer professional models into the job enhances our bid.
We often will put out a model job lead post as soon as we find out specifics about the job and have started the bidding process. Sometimes, we have already been booked into the job and will refer models to make it easy on the client and help the process along. We will specify in our job posts whether or not we are BIDDING for a job or have already BOOKED it so we do not mislead anyone with a job that may or may not materialize. At the same time, we are not obligated to reveal who we are working with until we refer the model and they find out by meeting our client during the go see. Likewise, we are also not obligated to reveal if we are booking the model into the job or if our client will be booking the model.
We will refer models who submit on their own independently or agency referred models. Our clients will submit to the terms of booking models once they have been booked, so if they choose to book an agency referred model, they will contact the modeling agency as if the model had been sent to them from the agency. Obviously, independent models will not have to pay agency fees to their agency, and our clients save agency fees, too.
We limit Make Up Artist (MUA) and Stylist referrals to professionals that we have already subcontracted. Contact us for consideration options.
Due to the volume of submissions that we receive, we can not return material submitted to us and may not reply to or contact the model unless we are considering them for a job. If the model includes a consideration card with a SASE, we may fill it out and mail it back to let them know if they are being considered for the job as a professional courtesy, but we will not go into specifics. Regardless of if you are considered or not, we WILL FILE your material for future consideration of other jobs. You material will remain on file for SIX MONTHS, after which your information will be considered outdated and you will have to submit again.
Due to the professional resources and time required to develop and do commercial photography jobs for our clients, we will only consider professional models for this kind of work. Models must have composite cards, a current resume, and a cover letter addressed to us. Models do not have to be a client to be considered for these projects. As a reminder, we do not cross stock photography or commercial jobs with our portfolio development work. You do not have to buy a thing from us, and if your composite cards and portfolios submitted are less than professional, we will only use that as a basis of booking you and not as a prelude to solicitation for portfolio photography. Limiting this to professional models also limits the risk of a potential conflict of interest.
Aurora PhotoArts is the preferred commercial photography service company for Tampa Bay advertising agency EOS MediaArts. While we are the preferred subcontractor of photography services, EOS is not limited to us for photography services. Other professional commercial photography companies may be considered to be subcontracted by EOS MediaArts. Aurora PhotoArts and EOS MediaArts enjoy a non-exclusive professional relationship. Our companies respect laws concerning monopolistic practices and can prove compliance with those laws. Photographers and our competitors may submit their material to EOS MediaArts for consideration..

DISCLAIMER

Due to the potential for an ethical conflict of interest, we do not mix prospective jobs that we book models into with our portfolio photography and development services. To be considered for any model job, models should already have a solid portfolio and composite cards, as we rarely book aspiring models into any job. Models who contract our portfolio photography services and other services are not coerced into booking us with the promise of booking any work, neither directly or implied. We are not obligated to book any models into work if they are clients.
Aurora PhotoArts is not a model and talent agency. We are a photography services company with a large spread of services that have the potential to be conflicts of interest if we do not clarify what we are doing or cross them. We do not charge models any fees or make money from fees by referring models into client jobs, as we make our money from photography.
