		Wednesday, April 27, 2005 - C. A. Passinault Encourages Creativity Today, Executive Producer C. A. Passinault instructed the Eventi Events development teams to experiment with new concepts and not to be afraid to be creative. "We have a substantial budget set aside for experimenting, and in this business there is no real wrong way to do things as long as you don't cross the line of good taste and quality and undermine your overall marketability." Passinault said in a statement, "Success is measured by different measures of cost effectiveness and marketability. Even if an experiment is not as marketable as we would like, ideas that emerge from the efforts can benefit other projects. Do not be afraid to fail, because we simply cannot fail by trying out new things. We have a strong line of traditional services and developed concepts that will be pushed and sold this year, and our profit revenues from those services will easily be able to support our creative efforts. To play it safe is a false economy, and to stick to the tried and true instead of pursuing innovation is ultimately self-defeating. To avoid creative risks would have the same effect as to save money by cutting back on marketing and sales- measures that can cripple any business. You have to invest in long term growth potential in order to corner the market." C. A.
